The Collins Academy and its partner Caddo Lake Institute are sponsoring the Paddlefish Reintroduction Education Initiative. I am excited to share that over the next few months, forty-seven paddlefish will be reintroduced into Big Cypress Bayou in Port Jefferson, Texas. The paddlefish will be monitored by scientists and students in East Texas. Our goal in Jefferson is to provide educational experiences for students about science and the environment.
